About our Chapter
Chapter members participate in many community activities including: giving patriot genealogy books to the Park County and Greybull libraries, honoring veterans by planting a tree on Flag Day, entering a DAR float in the Cody Stampede Parate, welcoming new citizens at naturalization ceremonies, supporting other NSDAR schools through coupons and financial support, reading grandmas, and providing gift cards with Christmas cards to go to a child at Crossnor non-profit school and home in the NC Mountains.
The DAR Library is one of the world’s premier genealogical research centers. Among NSDAR records are thousands of names of Revolutionary War patriots that have been proven by members. To learn if your ancestral patriot has been proven in DAR, click here to connect to the DAR Genealogical Research System (GRS) link.
